"Dr. Nagesh Potluri has +20 years of experience, bringing a creative vision to life. Nagesh has global leadership experience in IP strategy, technology road mapping, product innovation, product portfolio management, technology scouting, and product sourcing. Nagesh started his career at Zyvex Technologies, an advanced materials start-up that pioneered Nanotechnology research. He was the innovation engine and successfully led a team of bright scientists and engineers and helped create a strong IP portfolio. Using private funding and grants from organizations such as DARPA, SBIR, DOE, and NASA, Nagesh and his team helped transition technology from the lab to the market. In 2005 Zyvex was awarded R&D 100 for the carbon nanotube-enhanced composite technology and subsequently commercialized advanced plastics for aerospace, sporting, and marine applications.

Potluri was the CTO of Zyvex Technologies, before joining Michelman in 2017 as their Global technology Director for the Fibers and Composites business. At Michelman, he managed Research & Development (R&D) teams globally, interface with sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams. And was also responsible for the design and execution of business processes and procedures for effective innovation and was overseeing technical developments of new products with a customer focus and service. In April 2020, Nagesh exited Michelman to find ChemPrise to accelerate new materials and technology adoption. Potluri has a strong academic background with a Ph. D in Organic chemistry and two post-doctoral research work stints. Dr. Nagesh brings the best of both worlds to ChemPrise- the inherent agility and adaptability of a start-up and the structure and discipline of an established organization.

Dr. Kumareswaran [Kumaresh] Ramaiah brings more than ten years of hands-on experience in identifying cost-effective multi-step synthetic routes for complex pharmaceutical intermediates, APIs in manufacturing scales under both GMP and non-GMP conditions from working in CROs including Alcami at Germantown, WI. Kumaresh's experience in analyzing the projects, providing realistic timelines to customers, and sourcing raw materials from worldwide vendors helped him successfully execute projects in time and budget. Kumaresh brings familiarity with ICH guidelines and FDA regulations for APIs and expertise in addressing safety issues in the lab and in the pilot plant for production. His unique combination of industry experience, technical acumen, operational excellence, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for helping patients sets the stage for their success.

 Kumaresh brings a combination of rigorous academic training and industrial experiences. After obtaining a Ph. D. from IIT, Kanpur- one of India's premier institutes, his passion for chemistry led him to pursue postdoctoral research at Bar Ilan University, Israel, and The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. He gained experience in organometallic cross-coupling synthetic techniques, Schlenk/vacuum line, and glovebox techniques. Dr. Kumaresh brings to ChemPrise a passion for Chemistry, commitment, and a strong customer focus.

Suresh Srinivasan has 30+ years of multicultural and multinational experience in a wide range of industries. He is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for creating and commercializing new technologies and businesses which bring value to stakeholders. Srinivasan started his entrepreneurial journey in the year 1989. Srinivasan ran cable and wiring harness manufacturing facilities in India for the first 10 years of his entrepreneurial journey. In 1995, he exited the cable business and sold the venture to a French multinational company to start computer education (Aptech) and medical transcription technologies in India. Subsequently, he took a sabbatical from the business for a year and entered the corporate world. His journey took him first to Dubai and then to the US. He held various leadership positions in fortune 500 companies. After he made his way to Houston in 2002, Srinivasan pioneered the development of education technologies. He was one of the first to capitalize on mobile tutoring and created SAT prep product called “PrepMunch” that he later sold. Srinivasan created a unique curriculum in Math and Science and co-authored several Textbooks for Texas schools. He is active in volunteering to serve the poor and aged elders and helps his wife run two child-care centers in Houston, TX. 

Srinivasan has a strong academic preparation; he graduated from Indian Ivy league schools in engineering and management. He earned his Bachelors of engineering in electrical and electronics from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy followed by an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
